1. Download the App and register your account.
2. Head over to the membership section to claim a free taster session. Find a session to attend from our training schedule and claim your trial.
3. Once you have enjoyed your taster session, it's time to find a membership for you.
4. Now you are part of the team use the Nxtgen app to book into your sessions and train like a pro.
